From the President's Corner of the Newsletter of Rotary Club of Urdaneta East (RCUE):
Our club's effort to have a well balanced and universal service to humanity was evidenced by joining again to a worthwhile activity of preserving and conserving our nature - the Mother Earth thru the 2nd Cacupangan Cave Clean-up Campaign last September 19, 2009.
It was initiated by Balincaguin Conservancy's President Rawen and his Adviser Jerry Rendon, in concurrence with the 24th International Coastal Clean-up of the Ocean Conservancy with the help of LGU-Mabini, Pangasinan, CENRO-Alaminos City, Sual Power Station-Mountaineering Club, and our RCUE; joining with me are AG/PP ALMASUE, Director BJ, Rotarian EDNA and my Ann JEAN with kids JEKTONJAN. It was a long day traversing the cave to clean and really see the true conditions of stalactites and stalagmites with some column formations.
Century's product of rock formations was so amazing! I strongly suggest to visit and see it by yourselves to witness the real evidence of time-the age of the earth!
